Basically, you just add milk and bacteria cultures and let them be heated for 10-15 hours for the bacteria to grow. You can buy cultures with sweeteners in it or use a little bit of store-bought yogurt with active bacteria already in it and sugar.
I'll go the store-bought yogurt route and make strawberry banana.
Has anyone had any experience making yogurt?
