Scrambled Egg Pizza
This is good for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
1 can Pillsbury pizza crust Garlic Oil 4 large eggs 1/4 cup milk salt and pepper 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon butter 1/2 cup shredded cheese 1/4 pound ham, sliced and chopped 1/2 cup onions, chopped
1. Heat oven to 425°F. Grease pizza pan with shortening.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
3. Place a pan over medium-high heat. When the pan is hot add the olive oil and butter and cook
until the butter is melted.
4. Add the egg mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until the eggs are scrambled but still fairly
wet.
5. Unroll dough and place in greased pan; press out with hands, forming 1/2-inch rim.
6. Lightly brush the surface of the dough with the garlic oil.
7. Spread the eggs on the pizza dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
8. Scatter the cheese evenly over the eggs, then the ham, and onions.
9. Bake at 425°F. for 15 to 18 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown.
Garlic Oil: 1 clove garlic, chopped 1/4 cup olive oil
In a small saucepan, combine the garlic and olive oil and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat and
simmer until the garlic begins to turn brown, 10 to 15 minutes.

oh, I forgot to say the pilsbury crust is very salty, so careful with the butter and oil.

Hmm this sounds very yummy! I'll have to try it, for I love egg dishes. I need to find a few to post here lol.
