Homemade Chocolate Cherry Cordials I want to make my own chocolate cordials filled with a cherry & liquid, like Cello's. I want the clear liquid, not the white icing type. I'll try raspberries and strawberry pieces too. Possibly pineapqle. Basically, you just need chocolate, cherries, and karo/corn syrup. You pour melted chocolate into molds like these www.amazon.com/Cordial-Round-Bite-Candy-Molds/dp/B00085F6HY/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1196730173&sr=1-4and it makes mini chocolate cups. But how do I cap the bottom? That's my problem. I was thinking of getting a chocolate coin mold and just cap the cordials with that but it will probably extend past the edges of the cordials. Advice anyone?
